As a lender, I have always known that my team is dependent on the success of our REALTORS. You folks have what the consumer wants and we have what they need and most people call the REALTORs first and the lender after. My Tip of the Day is to go hard after the landlords to sell their rental properties to create some inventory ASAP . Maybe it’s time for the Blackrock type SFD investors to sell some of the 400,000 homes they own to our motivated first time homebuyers that cannot find a house to buy !!
